一句话总结：MenuBarPocket 不收集、不存储、不传输你的任何个人数据。应用完全在你的 Mac 本地运行，没有账户系统、没有统计分析、没有广告、没有任何网络请求。
1. 我们收集哪些数据
不收集任何数据。MenuBarPocket：
- 不要求注册账户，不收集姓名、邮箱、设备标识符等任何个人信息；
- 不内置任何统计分析、崩溃上报或广告 SDK，也不使用任何第三方追踪服务；
- 不进行任何网络通信——应用本身不连接互联网。
2. 辅助功能权限的用途
MenuBarPocket 需要 macOS 的「辅助功能」（Accessibility）权限才能工作。该权限仅用于：
- 识别当前菜单栏中各应用状态项的名称、图标与位置，以便在聚合浮窗中展示；
- 在你点击浮窗中的图标时，代你触发该图标的原生菜单。
上述信息仅在应用运行期间于内存中处理，不会被记录、存储到磁盘日志或传输到任何服务器。MenuBarPocket 不读取、不监听任何应用的窗口内容、键盘输入或屏幕画面。
3. 本地存储的数据
应用仅在你的 Mac 本地保存运行所必需的偏好设置（例如收纳状态、界面选项），存储于 macOS 标准的用户偏好（User Defaults）中。这些数据始终保留在你的设备上，卸载应用即可随之清除。
4. 数据共享
由于我们不收集任何数据，因此也不存在向任何第三方出售、共享或转移数据的情形。
5. 儿童隐私
MenuBarPocket 是一款桌面效率工具，不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不收集包括儿童在内任何人的个人信息。
6. 政策的变更
如未来版本引入需要联网的功能（例如检查软件更新），我们将先行更新本政策，明确说明所涉数据的范围与用途，并在页面顶部更新生效日期。重大变更会在应用内或官网显著提示。

Privacy Policy
In one sentence: MenuBarPocket does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. The app runs entirely on your Mac — no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no network requests of any kind.
1. What data we collect
None. MenuBarPocket:
- requires no account and collects no personal information such as your name, email address, or device identifiers;
- contains no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs, and uses no third-party tracking services;
- performs no network communication — the app itself never connects to the internet.
2. How the Accessibility permission is used
MenuBarPocket requires the macOS Accessibility permission to function. This permission is used solely to:
- identify the names, icons, and positions of status items in your menu bar so they can be shown in the aggregation panel;
- trigger an item's native menu on your behalf when you click its icon in the panel.
This information is processed in memory only while the app is running. It is never logged to disk or transmitted to any server. MenuBarPocket does not read or monitor any app's window content, keyboard input, or screen contents.
3. Data stored locally
The app stores only the preferences required for it to work (such as hide state and interface options) in standard macOS User Defaults on your Mac. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. Data sharing
Since we collect no data, there is nothing to sell, share, or transfer to any third party.
5. Children's privacy
MenuBarPocket is a desktop productivity tool. It is not designed for children under 13 and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Changes to this policy
If a future version introduces a feature that requires network access (for example, checking for software updates), we will update this policy first, clearly describing the scope and purpose of any data involved, and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be prominently announced in the app or on this website.
