用户协议
欢迎使用 MenuBarPocket（以下简称「本软件」）。本协议是你与本软件开发者（以下简称「我们」）之间就下载、安装与使用本软件达成的约定。下载、安装或使用本软件即表示你已阅读并同意本协议；如不同意，请勿安装或使用。
1. 软件说明
本软件是一款 macOS 菜单栏管理工具，用于收纳、展示并快速唤起菜单栏中的应用状态项。本软件通过官网分发，使用 Apple Developer ID 签名并经 Apple 公证。
2. 许可授权
我们授予你一项个人的、非排他的、不可转让、不可再许可的使用许可，允许你在自己拥有或控制的 Mac 设备上安装并使用本软件。本软件仅授权使用，并非出售；本协议未明确授予的一切权利均由我们保留。
3. 使用限制
除非适用法律明确允许，你不得：
- 对本软件进行反编译、反汇编、反向工程或试图提取源代码；
- 修改、改编本软件或制作衍生作品；
- 移除或更改本软件中的版权、商标或其他权利声明；
- 出租、出借、出售、再分发或再许可本软件；
- 将本软件用于任何违反法律法规的用途。
4. 系统权限
本软件的核心功能依赖 macOS 的「辅助功能」权限。是否授予该权限由你自行决定；不授予将导致核心功能不可用。权限的具体用途与数据处理方式见《隐私政策》。
5. 知识产权
本软件及其全部内容（包括但不限于代码、界面设计、图标与文档）的知识产权归我们所有，受著作权法及其他相关法律保护。
6. 免责声明
本软件按「现状」及「可用」状态提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本软件作出任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。我们不保证本软件无错误、不中断，或与所有第三方软件（包括其他菜单栏管理工具）及未来 macOS 版本完全兼容。
7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害（包括数据丢失、业务中断等），我们不承担责任。在任何情况下，我们对你的全部责任以你为本软件实际支付的金额为限；若你免费获得本软件，则以人民币 100 元为限。
8. 协议的终止
如你违反本协议的任何条款，本许可将自动终止。终止后你应停止使用并删除本软件的全部副本。你也可随时通过卸载本软件终止本协议。
9. 协议的变更
我们可能适时修订本协议，修订后的协议将在本页面发布并更新生效日期。重大变更会以合理方式提示。你在变更生效后继续使用本软件，即视为接受修订后的协议。
10. 适用法律
本协议的订立、效力、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Terms of Use
Welcome to MenuBarPocket (the "Software"). These Terms constitute an agreement between you and the developer of the Software ("we", "us") regarding your download, installation, and use of the Software. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not install or use it.
1. About the Software
The Software is a macOS menu bar management tool that tucks away, displays, and quickly invokes status items in your menu bar. It is distributed through our website, signed with an Apple Developer ID, and notarized by Apple.
2. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on Mac devices that you own or control. The Software is licensed, not sold; all rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us.
3. Restrictions
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
- modify or adapt the Software, or create derivative works of it;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- rent, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software;
- use the Software for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. System permissions
The Software's core functionality depends on the macOS Accessibility permission. Whether to grant it is entirely your decision; without it, core features will be unavailable. See the Privacy Policy for how this permission and related data are handled.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Software and its contents (including but not limited to code, interface design, icons, and documentation) belong to us and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or fully compatible with all third-party software (including other menu bar managers) or future versions of macOS.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Software. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software, or RMB 100 if you obtained it free of charge.
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies of it. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and material changes will be announced in a reasonable manner. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at our place of domicile.
